Whether homegrown, shop bought or wild harvested – get yourself some mushrooms and whip up this delicious mushroom pate recipe… pronto!

Now, while I’m someone who loves chicken liver pate,  I have to say this mushroom pate recipe is also truly delicious. And I can only imagine how it would taste if you made it with homegrown mushies.

We do harvest our own field mushrooms when we can find them, and they certainly have plenty of flavour. So in whatever fashion suits you – homegrown, shop bought or wild harvested – get yourself some mushrooms and whip up this mushroom pate recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter

I know this is possibly the dumb question of the week but is T tablespoon or teaspoon

Sadly one would think I don’t ever cook.
