Buckwheat Pancakes Recipe

(Gluten and refined sugar free)

Ingredients:
  • 25g melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • ¼ tsp bicarb soda
  • 1 cup milk
Method:

Whisk all ingredients together, and cook in small batches in a pan over medium heat. Stack them to the ceiling.
