Buckwheat Pancakes Recipe
(Gluten and refined sugar free)

- 25g melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- ¼ tsp bicarb soda
- 1 cup milk
Whisk all ingredients together, and cook in small batches in a pan over medium heat. Stack them to the ceiling.
